đŸ€” Most fears are learned behaviours, so they can also be unlearned đŸ„ł

The BBC show "Why aren't babies afraid of snakes" demonstrates toddlers having no fear of snakes, which is a perfect example of how we develop fear/anxiety from our experiences in life, and it's not simply part of who we are as individuals.

Whether it's a common phobia or something a little more unique, your mind only causes you to respond the way you do because it's trying to help you. Even our deeper (unconscious) mind makes mistakes sometimes.

To find out how hypnotherapy could help your mind reset those unwanted fears & anxiety, get in touch and book a free consultation and taster session today. 😁
